1. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely via SafeXPay or authorized payment partners.
- We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information when making donations or payments.
2. Refunds
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable under normal circumstances.
- If a payment is accidentally duplicated or an error occurs during the transaction, you may request a refund by contacting us at hello@yuvasanghshikshasamiti.org.
- Refund requests are subject to verification and SafeXPay's policies, and may take 7–14 business days to process.
3. Cancellations
- Once a donation or payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you experience a technical issue during payment, please contact us immediately.
4. Disputes
Any payment-related disputes will be addressed by contacting us first. We will cooperate fully with SafeXPay to resolve any issues. For unresolved disputes, the governing law will be that of India, and the jurisdiction of courts in Meghalaya shall apply.
